While I'm far from a "bodybuilder" I do work out regularly. At 6'2" 210 pounds I FEEL it when I don't get enough protein or food in general. It's hard to balance between eating enough and overeating to keep my weight in check.

Protein drinks help, usually one in the morning, a small one before my work out and one before bed and I always have a high protein meal after my work out. Then in between I eat vegetables and have "carb up" days where I eat lots of pastas and healthy high carb foods.
