    I agree with what you are saying and you have to start somewhere. As I find myself working more and more hours as many of my friends do by the time I get home I am just beat, with little or no time to workout. Oh to be a kid again.

    In an effort to try and get some kind of exercise or fitness regiment into my life I just went out and bought a good yoga mat and plopped it down on the floor in front of my TV so I have no excuse for not at least trying to stretch or do some kind of mat exercises while the TV is on.

    Obviously this is not the best solution but it does seem to work for me. In a perfect world one wouldn't have to do this but in a perfect world we also would not have to work so many hours in order just to make ends meet.
