Nice article, After reading it I think I will have to visit a doctor, I do get some skin irritation when i get out in the sun, but I have been ignoring it I hope its nothing serious.

Taning is no doubt good practice. but take care about dangerous UV light because it may destroy the melanin producing cell which causes some skin condition like vitiligo etc as claimed by http://www.antivitiligo.com/vitiligo/
