Some people who exercise may notice that their knee swells up with fluid after their workouts. The fluid build up is known as joint effusion, and is what causes your knee to have that swelling, watery feeling.

    Yep. That sure can be painful. Used to have the fluid drained off the knees after some strenuous sports. That is what eventually caused me to call it a career. If you can't move laterally you get hit to easily . LOL
