Out of rhythm with your body? I've never heard this one before. If you are exercising to feel fit and look good that should be all the motivation you need.

I've noticed that, with my diabetic loved ones, the best time to exercise is right after eating something that raises blood sugar. LOWER the blood sugar, and, reduce the damage.
