Now tell me if I'm doing this right.
I sit up straight in front of my computer. Start the slouch and slide down to the small of my back. Then prop my feet on the table, move my computer tray with the keyboard on it closer to my right hand. Balance my elbow on the arm rest and then click away?

I sit on a exorcise ball in front of my computer. I'm usually bouncing or rolling around so I'm never sitting still.
