    I don't make New Year's resolutions, because I never keep them. Recently my husband and I decided to not diet exactly, but make change to our diet. We each need to lose 25 pounds, by September. I was procrastinating, because I didn't have a plan, and a nice person sent me this site. Tomorrow morning we shall start our dietary changes. Thank you, my friend. I will let you know if we are successful

      Drinking lots of water can be a big help in whatever type of diet we care to undertake.

        A few less big Macs and a lot more fruits and vegetables works wonders in maintaining a reasonable weight!!!!!!!!!
