These days it seems as if everything is damaging to your skin. Just when you thought you heard it all, there is recent evidence coming out that cell phone usage is damaging to your complexion.

I work on the phone all day. It's obvious too because I break out constantly where the phone touches my skin.
Speaker phone is my savior. ;)

  Ruined my complexion!
  I ground up my old cell phone, mixed it with cold cream, and used it as an exfoliant!

With the high cost of using cellular phones we use cellphones only a few minutes a day,so i do not think it will affect our skin much.

  I don't know...my cellphone is my only phone, so I use it quite a bit. And in theory this could apply to any phone, not just cell phones.

When is the last time you really looked at your phone? Mine is filthy with makeup and gunk...I believe it could totally be causing me skin problems!

Rigel, do what I started doing which helps a TON.
Wipe it down with something alcohol based to get rid of all the crap on it.
