  The UK (and most of Europe) banned lead piping many many years ago as it had been found to be seriously bad for the health !!! That was measuring in extremely low dosages, albeit over a very long time. How come this isn't common knowledge (taught in schools) ?

  Lead is a poison. Period !!!

  When My kids came home with tummy bugs I stopped giving them food for 24 hours and only allowed them 7-UP to drink. Then chicken noddle soup with crackers would be the test to see if it was gone. Sometimes it took 48 hrs. Washing hands and not drying them is no good. Drying hands is just as necessary as washing them. Wet draws more germs out the air. Pep-te-bismo is still good If they don't try to improve it. I learn this cure from a doctor that was a friend of the family. If he told every body he would be broke. He was a good doctor, I wish he was still around.

  How sad an excuse to use!! It's not the folk healers!! It's the system!!! Dr. are drugging our kids, called shots , with very High doses of mercury!! Do your homework!! It's now 1 out of 20 with autism!! It's not the China toys, it's not the folk healers, wake-up!!

  Let's use some common sense here!! Most of the new homes don't have lead pipes, nore are they doing folk healing( which most are herbs that have been used for centuries!!)I find it really amazing that the most obvious is being over looked. Everyone knows Aloe Vera has healing properties, I have head that it also removes heavy metals. There are groups out there that already know it is from the shots kids get,with high amounts of mercury. from infant to 2 yrs old. they are bombarded with shots.

  Stoner, I am sorry if I offened you. This is my first time on anything like this. And your right, I only read on this page. So again , please except my opology. Believe it or not I am trying to help. This is a major issue and a serious concern to all of us. My family has a Autistic child, now going on 20 yrs old. And in this case it was an old house with lead pipes and also the mother was working in a Ball baring factory with high levels of oil in the air. I was just sharing what I know. It certainly is not to hurt you. So I am sorry if that is how you took it. Peace
