Thanks for submitting this Shannon. I have been practicing Tai Chi for some years now. And what a difference it has made. I personally recommend it to everyone, no matter what their age is.
The particular style that I train in is a traditional Temple style Tai Chi. I am lucky enough to be trained by a man whose name is on several monuments at the Shaolin Tsu Temples in China. We work with everything from Yang, to Chen, to Ba gua. And that's just the basics. We also practice the more difficult types of breathing, as well as the martial applications.
Again, thanks Shannon. Great submit.

The Chen system is really cool. Although, when it comes to the internal arts, Ba Gua has to be my current favorite. I have recently been working on cleaning up my Yang 64 and my Yang 32 forms. Aside from that I have my external Shao Lin training. Right now I am neck deep in Black Tiger forms. Good luck with your Chen!
