Google Piracetam and its agonists. It's widely used in Europe to delay and/or treat dementia and downs syndrome. Clinical double-blind tests look promising.

GREAT ARTICLE. MY MOTHER HAS ALZHEIMER'S AND PARKINSON'S. IT IS A FATE WORSE THAN DEATH, NOT ONLY FOR MY MOTHER BUT, FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY INCLUDING HER 3 SISTERS.
