I like Heavy Hands. It covers aerobics and strength and exercises the whole body. http://www.heavyhandsfitness.com/ I do it every odd-numbered day, leaving even days for free weights. But flexibility is something I do need to add to the mix.

I like the Carbio part. Gotta keep those throat muscles toned up, you know. And while walking is great, it doesn't touch the vital throat group, without which you couldn't swallow food needed for survival.
