No matter what your skin type is, in order to cure acne consume 2 teaspoons of cod liver oil daily, natural yogurt and sauerkraut and stop eating refined carbs, like sugar and bread, cheep vegetable oils, and junk food.

There is no skin type, only wet or dry skin.

All skin diseases, whether it's psoriasis or acne are caused by undigested fat. People need to learn that we have THREE organs to clean our body: Kidneys for sugar and carbohydrates, and the Liver for fat and protein. And when one of them fails to do the job the SKIN is the third organ to take care of this waste.

In most cases it is caused by undigested fat, but medical doctors do not have the first knowledge of this. They have their chemical remedies to treat the symptoms, so who cares about the cause? You can't make money on a diet, can you?

Doctors can only diagnose when a person has too much sugar in the blood and pronounce this patient a DIABETIC.

All major chronic diseases are caused by undigested FAT and/or PROTEIN. From miscarriage to CANCER and from Asthma to Arthritis, and the medical doctors the world over are trying to find the cause of these diseases.

Anyone interested in facts, mail me.
