    Yea this is going to take some work but it's hard to function if you are sick or just not feeling well. For all interested in feeling better I would pay attention and do what you can. It won't happen quickly but things can improve if a valid solution is worked out that most people can get behind; you'll never get everybody.

    I read on another post that this dark side of the medical community, is that like paying farmers not to grow wheat more money than they could make if the grew and sold it?

    By the way my wife and I found Mark's book UltraMetabolism and it's incredible. I've never had so much extra energy. What makes it are the recipes in the back to be able to use what he is teach you about new eating routines. It's a keeper!

      Excellent article. Brings to mind how the pharmaceutical industry is trying to outlaw supplements (which help us stay healthy so we don't need doctors and drugs so much). Hope everyone reads your post.
