In an age where people slump for over 16 hours a day, either sleeping or sitting, the back muscles definitely need a good stretching every day!

People always tell me their backs ache. When I suggest exercising a lot of people laugh.
The ones that try their backs feel better. Other people would rather spend thousands on back drs and take ibprofen.
