I know people that ignored the headache warning. They had strokes and are in a vegetative state.

Constipation warning is wrong. Medicines can cause this and it will not go away unless you quit taking the meds.

People cannot get these things accessed without proper insurance.

A 42 year old man told me I would die young because of my negative attitude.

A month later he dropped dead. That is the proof being negative will not kill you. The positive people must constantly be disappointed because of delusion in the belif their fellow man is out for their best interest.

I do feel sometimes we are too dependent on professional medical practioners to tell us what is wrong with us. I like the idea of taking my health more into my own hands and only educaiton can enable that.

I know from recent experience in my own family how important it is to take care of our bodies and pay closer attention to early warning signs. Terminal illness can sneak up quickly so we must do what we can to listen to our bodies and not assume doctors will give a correct diagnosis. I suppose there's a line we walk between paying attention to warning signs and going overboard with paranoia over every ache and pain, but I'd trade over-caution for under-caution.
