I came across an Internet magazine titled "Inspired, Informed and In Shape" written by Jon Gestl, a personal trainer and U.S. national aerobic champion. Gestl writes that massage improves circulation and general nutrition of muscles, while also improving flexibility and range of motion and decreasing injuries often caused by overtraining.
