Green tea has all sorts of benefits, I love it! DUH, ofcourse it tastes a bit yukky, its a plant for god's sake. Add some sugar or splenda. It has antioxidants and many other health benefits, and less caffeine than black tea or coffee. Having some before bedtime is the best!

I drink it every day, with steamed soy, no water. It's delicious! I count it as a dessert. But as for treating arthritis, my hands are getting so bad, some days I go for hours unable to close them. Green tea doesn't work for me.

Green tea is lacking in flavor for sure. But if you drink it fast you will hardly taste it.

My doctor told me to drink green tea at night before bed because during the night your body can soak up more of the compound because you are not using so much energy.I like going to bed feeling I'm doing something good for my health. Sweet Dreams.
