Green tea is lacking in flavor for sure. But if you drink it fast you will hardly taste it.
My doctor told me to drink green tea at night before bed because during the night your body can soak up more of the compound because you are not using so much energy.I like going to bed feeling I'm doing something good for my health. Sweet Dreams.
