I found out I was allergic to dairy (not lactose, but all dairy), it was causing my chronic acne and since I stopped dairy completely my allergies during the spring have greatly diminished. Figuring out your food allergies can often relieve hay fever, pollen and dust allergy symptoms.

The worst thing about having allergies is founding out which ones you're exactly allergic too. I went to an allergy doctor years ago and they gave me a scratch test. Man! Your talking about the worst pain I've every experience in my life! And the funny thing is that you can't scratch it for 10 to 15 minutes. Ouch! My arm was in pain for weeks after that.

My concern that full blown Neurotics are not able to find a niche in the job market has just been assuaged. "Danny Arguetty" has not only found a job (an alternative health counselor and nutritionist) but has apparently convinced this silly T.V. doctor to publish his fraudulent therapies.

I have more food alergies than anyone-I think. Blood tests showed that I had alergic reactions to everything from lettuce ( I kid you not) to grains. Also milk, eggs orange juice, etc. The highest was corn. Its in everything from bread to candy, cereal to fruit juice to tomato sauce in the form of high fructose corn syrup (cheap sweetener). I get hives and my body temp goes way up. It's from a histamine release in the cells. I take an anti-histimine every day or I couldn't eat anything without a reaction. I don't know what long term effects it will have, but I've been on everything from Seldane-for 11 years(taken off market due to triggering heart attacks, to Claritin-for 10 years (active ingredient is Loratadine-much cheaper at CVS).
