Good article. However I do think that to live life as these people do is far from a good example, since I can hardly accept that to have breakfast in the morning and drop the skids at the bus stop is in anyway "family life". People working those schedules, may be ver successfull in terms of "dollars", but probably responsable for the slow erosion of the "family concept", that as I see, it it is the most important contributing factor for the problems of society nowadays.

The 4-6hrs of sleep a night isn't that good for health either. Sleep is necessary for physical and mental health, the attitude of "I'll sleep when I'm dead, I've got too much to do now" is not conducive to a good quality of life. Granted I'm sure these CEO's can afford the best of health care and don't have to worry about poverty that doesn't change the fact your body needs time to renew and replenish.
