I use to be terrible at getting enough sleep. I'm still not very good at it, but I try not to make sleep deprivation part of my lifestyle.

What good is it to have a good paying job, a nice car, and an expensive house if you can't get a good night's sleep?

Right on. I average about 5-6 hours a night but I think its supposed to be 7-8/2.

I once read that before the invention of the light bulb, people slept for an average of 10 hours a night! Since then, all manner of modern invention has altered our nighttime habits.

I average a pathetic 5-6 hours myself. I blame Edison and netscape for my lack of sleep. ;)

I love to get a good nights rest but I seem to be not normal if I sleep 8-9 hours! But who's care what is normal anyway!
