Posted by: sarah 1 year, 8 months agoWe know what we're supposed to do, but it never hurts to have a reminder: 1) Feed your head with good things like omega-3s, 2) stay mentall active with puzzles, games, etc, and 3) get physical exercise to get the blood flowing through the most important muscle in your body.
