  WOW HAS ANYONE EVER CONSIDERED NOT FEEDING HIM FOR A MONTH JUST GIVE HIM JUICE AND A FEW PIECES OF FRUIT. HE CAN LIVE OF THE FAT ON HIS BODY FOR DECADES!

  are they going to do the gastric bypass thing on him? people who have that surgery usually have problems afterwards because they can only eat a few tablespoons of food and cant get the nutrients they need from it. he will also need surgery to remove all of his excess fat and skin. oh, and i dont buy the comment about it being hormonal either. hormones did not cause him to get THAT big. no way. i would like to know who is paying for this surgery???

  Oh my holy cow ...opps holy bull...Hmmmm no hormonal or glandular wgt loss problems in WWII German Camps all lost wgt..Is case of severe over eating...Good question who pays fatties medical bills???

  uhhh....this is really sad and will only work for body health, what really needs attention is his mental health....what does not go in will not stick out, cells can only hold so much water...

  Uh starving him wouldn't work. If you eat less or no food, your metabolism slows and so if and when he returns to eating normal portions, he will balloon to a bigger weight. Like weightlifters do, he should eat 4-5 smaller meals a day, every couple of hours.

  This guys just a little chunkier than most Mexicans in LA ;), He's a little hard to look at, sort of a Barnam and Bailey candidate.

  In all fairness he could have a serious medical condition that makes him overeat.

  It seems that everytime I go to the mall I see more and more enormously heavy people; all diving into the supersized Big Macs, Fries and Cokes. Every once and a while they come up for air. It's humorous to see fat people eating supersized Mac's and fries, then ordering a diet coke.

  America has got a huge addiction to fat, sugar and salt. I just can't understand how people can eat that crap.

  worker: i said I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO IS PAYING FOR IT, which does not mean that i actually CARE about who is paying for it. i assume he is not paying for it. and the fact that it is being performed in italy vs the usa isnt the issue either. like i said, i assume he is not paying for it and i dont think its really fair that some people can get free healthcare when others who might need it cannot get it. also, i just saw some show recently about a woman who was half this guys size who spent her life savings to have gastric bypass and liposuction. just doesnt seem fair.
