Posted by: Ryan 2 years, 4 months agoAccording to a 2001 study conducted in the British prison system, the fatty acid Omega-3, most commonly found in seafood, can lead to lower aggression rates. The group that was given the supplement had over a third less violent crimes than those that were given the placebo. That explains why bears are such easy going laid back animals.
