Google\'s even trying to help us live healthier lives now! Via Google\'s official blog comes a list of simple things to do that can help stave off RSI (Repetitive Stress Injury). As someone who works from home all day in front of a computer, I\'ve often found myself \"aching\" after a hard day of sitting. These are definitely techniques that I\'ll use in the future. Some are as simple as \"Look away from the monitor and focus on something in the distance.\"
