Woman admitted with Bubonic Plague »
Posted by: Ryan 2 years, 4 months agoA woman in LA county California was admitted to a hospital last Thursday after showing symptoms of bubonic plague. Once there, it was confirmed that she was in fact infected with the disease. Although bubonic plague isn\'t contagious, it\'s later later evolution, the pneumonic plague, is. The combined plagues produced the \"Black Death\" in Europe in the 14th century.
